Remember that wedding at the State Room where I got to show you some awesome shots of Faneuil Hall from above? One of those shots was this - same subject as yesterday's photo, but slightly different angle!
And yes, that ghost-like shadow on the right is my dress reflecting in the window...oops!

One Hand Stand
I've shown you some of these guys before, but I absolutely love watching them get their dance on. They're out in Faneuil Hall most of the year - although with all the dancing they're doing, they probably stay warmer than all of us suckers standing around in 30 degree weather watching them! I have one more photo of them from a slightly different perspective that I'll show you tomorrow...

E's dead - that's what's wrong with 'im!
I was walking through Faneuil Hall after lunch one day and came across this guy! He was eating popcorn and shredding newspaper (apparently that's how parrots build nests, but made out of tree pulp), and had a friend that was sitting on a woman's shoulder. The woman also had an iguana hanging out on top of a cage that you could pet. Not really sure what the whole deal was.

Chalk One Up For The Arts
This afternoon folks headed over to joins Sidewalk Sam in the annual Chalk One Up For The Arts. There was a band playing music, drinks, and ice cream treats - plus you get to break away from Excel spreadsheets in your cubicle to have at a square of sidewalk in the middle of the financial district, and wrap it up by getting your photo taken with Sidewalk Sam. What more could you want for your lunch break?

Silver Lady
This lovely lady had a lot of people waiting and watching for her to move. One little boy kept yelling "Move already!"

Look Ma, no hands!
The Faneuil Hall Street Performers Festival was this weekend. We headed down and checked out a few of the performers - Magic Dave, Lucky Bob (my personal fave), and the kids pictured above that can do some serious dancing.

Street Performers - #2 in a series
This gentleman can be found on the orange line platform in Downtown Crossing on Saturday mornings, with his seeing eye dog sitting patiently beside him as he plays.

Oompa-pa oompa-pa

I've been listening to this guy for the last few days at the Downtown Crossing T stop while I wait for my train home. He smiled when he noticed me move and start lifting my camera to take a picture, but then he studiously avoided looking at me when I was actually taking them!
