Not everyone needs an SUV! I've seen this...umm...what is this? I don't know. But I've seen it locked up outside my office a few days lately.

It's exactly that! I used to see a guy riding one of these - maybe the same guy, there can't be too many of them - by my apartment when I lived in South Medford. It's got a tiny engine (must be easy on gas, no?) and he rides it like a surfboard, wearing a helmet. Of course, he was heading the wrong way down a one-way street, but I assume that he follows bicycle rules.
