Hi, I came via Universal Hub. I'd be interested in finding out. It is an interesting statute. Have you considered walking up and asking the owners, knocking on the door? or leaving a note?

That's so cute.
I used to run on that side of Comm Ave. and every time I ran past that statue I jumped like 10 feet thinking it was real. It is cute though, looks like the owners have a good sense of humor.
I think next to the dog is a dog dish with a name and dates engraved on it. I always took it as a pet memorial for a family dog that had passed away.
The curious dog that got its head stuck - fascinating!
