Somebody's got to wash those tall windows. It really is a long way up there!
My office is on the 45th floor overlooking Times Square. I am always in admiration of the guys who come to cleanup the windows. All of a sudden you see that "basquet" that goes down and two guys are looking at you from the other side of the window. That thing moves with the wind but they show no fear. Plus, they wave goodbye with a smile. And, they are some cuties!
That is really a job for which I cannot decide which would be the correct salary figure to persuade me to take it.
Elaine - you crack me up! I've never noticed if the guys that clean our office building are cute because I'm too busy being amazed they they're just hanging there by a string.
On the lower 8 floors of the building (the one in the picture), they don't even stand on a platform! They were harnesses and just hang down and use little hand holds with suction cups to move to the next spot! It makes for a LOT of noise when they come by.
